BOETTCHER FOUNDATION EDUCATION GALLERY
Located just off the Museum's Jeremy and Angie Flug and Dr. and Mrs. Curt R. Freed Works on Paper Galleries on the second floor of the Museum, the Boettcher Foundation Education Gallery provides visitors with a place to pause, reflect, and explore ideas presented in the galleries in a comfortable, relaxed setting. The Boettcher Foundation Education Gallery includes resources such as books, exhibition catalogues, and guides and short videos concerning questions central to the art and life of Clyfford Still as well as his contemporaries from the movement of Abstract Expressionism. In addition, the gallery includes a small number of art related children's books and activities.
As a programming space, the Boettcher Foundation Education Gallery provides a spot for intimate programs like conversations with artists, curators and other guest speakers. Demonstrations, poetry readings, performances, and films may also take place in the space.
